Dubai-based Samana Developers has launched Miami, a new residential project at Jumeirah Village Circle with an investment of AED110 million (US$30 million).
The project’s architecture is influenced by American urban design and embodies glamour, fun and excess. The developers say it gives the look and feel of a Miami lifestyle.
It added that the Art Deco architectural style of many of its buildings, Miami Modern (MiMo), is a movement recognized worldwide for its historic significance in designing buildings.
CEO Imran Farooq said: “The G+1P+6 storey Miami project symbolises a new niche in Dubai’s real estate sector with a style that is attracting investors, especially from North America and Europe.”

According to him, the project covers more than 125,765 square feet and is the first in Dubai to have a private swimming pool, with each one- and two-bedroom apartment having a private pool.
Farooq explained that the project features a leisure deck with a main swimming pool, cascading water features, outdoor cinema, indoor and outdoor gyms, saunas and steam rooms, and a dedicated children’s play area.
He added that the Miami project is equipped with luxury amenities including a children’s pool, leisure pool deck, green space, health club, infinity pool, BBQ area, outdoor cinema, children’s play area, jacuzzi, valet parking and 24/7 security.-TradeArabia News Service
