Shane Bond joined the Mumbai Indians in 2015 and has since won 4 titles, building a strong work style in the process and helping the bowler reach his potential on the global stage. Robin Singh joined the coaching staff of the Mumbai Indians in 2010 and since then he has played in 5 IPLs and 2 Champions Leagues, working closely with Shane Bond.

Robin’s work on Emirates cricket will also help as MI Emirates expands MI’s cricket philosophy in the UAE. Parthiv Patel, who has represented Mumbai Indians in the past, has been part of the talent scouting team since 2020, while former MI player Vinay Kumar joined the scouting team in 2021.

Both Parthiv and Vinay played in the winning campaign of the Mumbai Indians in 2015 and 2017. Former MI all-rounder and coach James Franklin has also joined the MI Emirates as a fielding coach. With a solid foundation in MI, this team will be well-positioned to infuse MI Emirates with all that resonates with MI.

MI Emirates has announced its team ahead of the inaugural Emirates International League T20. The team will be based in Abu Dhabi and will include current and past MI players, with new stars joining the team.
