foreign exchange new series, starring Jesse Eisenberg, Claire Danes, Liz Kaplanand Adam Brody, will premiere the first two episodes of the streaming service. Fleishman is in trouble Follow recently divorced 41-year-old Toby Fleishman (Eisenberg) as he finds success in app-based dating like he never had in his youth, before he was fast in medical school Before getting married upon graduation. However, at the start of his first summer of sexual freedom, his ex-wife Rachel (Danish) goes missing, leaving behind 11-year-old Hannah (Mira Mahoney-Gross) and 9-year-old Sow. Li (Maxim Swinton) also has no indication of where she is or if she intends to return.
As he balances parenting, the return of old friends Libby (Kaplan) and Seth (Brodie), a potential promotion at the hospital with a long time frame — and all the qualified women Manhattan has to offer — he realizes Hell can never imagine what happened to Rachel until he faced what happened to their marriage.
Brodesser-Akner created the series and adapted it from her critically acclaimed novel. She executive produces alongside Sarah Timberman, Carl Beverly and Susannah Grant. Valerie Faris and Jonathan Dayton also executive produce and direct multiple episodes. Shari Springer Berman and Robert Pulcini serve as executive producers on the multi-episode series they direct.
