The following is a complete list of new safety rules announced by the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Agency (NCEMA) on August 8th:

Management capacity

>> Shopping malls, restaurants and cafes can operate at 80% capacity.

>> Each table in the restaurant can accommodate up to 10 people. When leaving the table, the mask is still mandatory.

>> Hotel facilities can be resumed at full capacity.

>> Cinemas, entertainment facilities, galleries and museums can operate at 80% capacity.

>> The event can hold up to 60% of the capacity.

>> The wedding and event halls can operate at 60% capacity, provided that the number of participants in each event does not exceed 300.

>> Public transportation will operate at 75% capacity, and the relevant authorities will comply with physical distance guidelines. You must still wear a mask when using public transportation.

Participating activities must be vaccinated and PCR tested

>> Only people who are fully vaccinated can participate in the event. The second dose must be taken no more than six months ago.

>> They must provide negative PCR test results within 48 hours before participating in the event.
