Abu Dhabi: The Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) of Abu Dhabi Municipality and Transport has announced the timing and operation of its Customer Happiness Centre, surface car parks, Darb toll booths and public buses during the Prophet Muhammad’s (PBUH) birthday holiday, 2022 October 8th.
The Customer Happiness Centre in the emirate of Abu Dhabi will be closed on Saturday, October 8, ITC said. Customers can continue to apply for ITC’s services on its digital platforms through its website and through the Darb and Darbi smart apps.
Customers can contact the Department of Municipal and Transportation Unified Service Support Center, which is available 24/7, toll free 800850 and TransAD 600535353.
Over the holidays, surface parking will be free from Saturday until Monday, October 10 at 7:59am. Parking at the Musaffah M-18 truck car park will also be free during statutory holidays.
In this regard, the ITC calls on drivers to avoid parking in restricted areas and blocking traffic. It also urges drivers to park properly in designated areas and to avoid parking in residential parking spaces between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
ITC has announced that the Darb toll booth system will be free over the Saturday holiday period and will resume on Monday (Oct 10) during normal peak hours (from 7:00am to 9:00am and from 5:00am) until 7:00 a.m.).
As for the operating hours of Abu Dhabi’s public bus services, ITC said that the bus services will operate during the week according to the usual uniform schedule.
