Enter the essential vaccines in public places in Abu Dhabi starting next week

Where can you not go if you are not vaccinated

The first phase will include restricting access to shopping malls, restaurants, cafes and all other retail stores for people who have not been vaccinated, including not in shopping malls, gyms, recreational facilities and sports activities, health clubs, resorts, museums, cultural centers, and themed emirates Parks, universities, research institutes, public and private schools, and children’s nurseries.

Currently, supermarkets and pharmacies are not subject to vaccine requirements.

Individuals with immunity

These rules apply to all adults aged 15 and above, for these adults, downloading the ALHOSN app is superficially essential.

Of course, there are valid reasons why certain people cannot and are advised not to get vaccinated.

As long as these vaccinated people follow the correct process and obtain a waiver status that can be proven through the Alhosn app, they will not be denied access to the relevant space.
