The Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) of Abu Dhabi Municipality and Transport has announced the timing and operation of its Customer Happiness Centre, surface car parks, Darb tolls and public buses during the Prophet Muhammad’s birthday holiday on 8 October 2022.
Customer happiness centres across the emirate will be closed on Saturday, October 8, ITC said. Customers can continue to apply for ITC’s services on its digital platforms through its website and through the Darb and Darbi smart apps.

Over the holidays, surface parking will be free from Saturday until Monday, October 10 at 7:59am. Parking at the Musaffah M-18 truck car park will also be free during statutory holidays.
In this regard, the ITC calls on drivers to avoid parking in restricted areas and blocking traffic. It also urges drivers to park properly in designated areas and to avoid parking in residential parking spaces between 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
The ITC has announced that the Darb toll system will be free over the Saturday holiday period and will resume during normal peak hours on Monday (07:00am to 09:00am and 5:00pm to 7:00pm).
As for the operating hours of the public bus service, the ITC said that the bus service will operate during the week according to the usual uniform timetable.
