Artisan creations and gifts will be on sale next month at the Boardwalk Fall Festival at Sundance Creek Promotions.
Held at the Arizona Boardwalk at 9500 E. Víade Ventura in Scottsdale, the Outdoor Music Festival will celebrate fall in the Talking Stick Entertainment District on Friday, November 4th from 10am-5pm and Sunday, November 6th. Free admission and parking.
In the run-up to the holidays, Art on the Boardwalk will invite local and regional artisans to showcase fine arts, crafts, home decor and specialty gifts in the Arizona Boardwalk’s central courtyard, according to the release.
On Saturdays and Sundays, guests will enjoy live music performances from noon to 3pm by the sibling duo of The Chacons to pop and classic rock songs and soulful jazz vibes.
Children can create their own artwork and participate in coloring contests.
Meet princess characters Ariel and Elsa from the nonprofit Timeless Enchantments Arizona and Bruno Madrigal who sees the future. Ariel, Bruno and Elsa will be taking photos with guests on Saturday, November 5th from 10:30am to 2pm.
The first 50 adults will receive a free tote bag when they stop by the Sundance Creek promotional booth at the show’s opening Friday morning.
Up-and-coming artists at Salt River Elementary School will present their interpretations of Picasso in a student art exhibit. Attendees can vote for their favorite to help the top three student artists win.
“Art on the Boardwalk is the perfect place to find a dizzying array of artwork and specialty gifts made by local artists and vendors. These one-of-a-kind items will impress everyone on your shopping list,” Sundance Creek Promotions event producer Dina Giovale said. “Don’t forget to ask artisans for custom and special commission items to get the perfect size, shape or color for yourself or your home.”
Arizona Boardwalk features several valley attractions, including OdySea Aquarium, Butterfly Wonderland and Pangaea: Land of Dinosaurs, as well as multiple dining, shopping and entertainment options.
