Kanye West Continues to face backlash after anti-Semitic social media post Lock him out of Twitter and InstagramJewish groups like the Anti-Defamation League have called out the rapper and condemned his “dangerous” remarks.

West got into trouble on the social media platform, sharing a screenshot of an alleged text exchange he had with Sean “Daddy” Combs on the Meta-owned network.
“I used you as an example to show the Jews who made you call me that no one can threaten or influence me. I told you it was war,” West wrote in the now-deleted post.

After Instagram restricted Yeezy slideshow designer, he posted another anti-Semitic message on Twitter.
“When I wake up, I will die [sic] con 3 about the Jews. It’s funny that I can’t actually be an anti-Semitic because black people are actually Jews too. You guys played with me and tried to block anyone who opposes your agenda,” he wrote in a now-deleted tweet that locked him out of the platform.
The Black Jewish Entertainment Coalition also condemned West’s message, issuing a statement on Sunday, October 9.
“Your recent remarks about the Jewish community are harmful, offensive and wrong. They perpetuate stereotypes that have been the basis of discrimination and violence against Jews for thousands of years. Words like this tear apart the very fabric of Black-Jewish relations ,” the statement read.
“The Black and Jewish communities must stand together at an event like this to make clear that hate-trafficking stereotypes are unacceptable and that one entertainer’s remarks do not reflect the views of the entire community.”
