What are your goals?
I think that my goal is to become the market leader in Qatar. I am working towards making my company number 1 in the Qatar market. We are evolving together as a team and have a focused goal.
What do you feel is the biggest strength of yourself/company right now?
Currently, there are many times when people look for quality with affordability, but it seems rare to find. One of our biggest strengths is that we have competitive prices with quality products and services in all three companies.
What was the path you/your company took to get to where you are today?
Like most businesses, we started small. We started from scratch and moved our way up. We started small and might be from scratch, but we are now a leading company in Qatar. Our studio was small, and we grew over time with the company now.
What have been the biggest challenges you’ve had to overcome?
We have had a lot of challenges. The first and foremost challenge was being a beginner in a market full of giants. Starting in a new place, bringing the right people, and having financial issues were also some of our challenges throughout our journey.
Give us one word that describes you the best.
Hardworking.
What makes you excited about Mondays?
It’s a new start. We start fresh, come up with ideas, discuss with the team and start our new beginnings every week!
What do you value most about your culture and vision?
As I discussed earlier, we want to become the leading company in the market and provide quality products and services to enhance customer experience.
What are your company’s strategies, and how do they stand unique from your competitors?
We always try to control the proper budgeting to offer affordable solutions to our customers. As I said earlier, what makes us unique is our affordability and passion and dedication to work.
How do you see the company changing in two years, and how do you see yourself creating that change?
We want to be more provisional and provide bigger jobs in Qatar through my 3 companies. I believe that our growth can also help with providing more jobs to people.
Where is your leadership going? What benefits do your clients get from your company in this competitive world?
We are trying to cut costs for consumers to a great level. As a result, customers can enjoy the benefits of our products without spending much of their capital. This makes us unique.
What are the services/solutions or products offered by your company as par with the current industry standards? Tell us something about your upcoming products or services.
I have 3 companies, one of which is responsible for civil, speciality coatings and structural contracts. One company is Steel Land Trading and Contracting, which is a steel distribution and contracts company. And lastly, New Flash Studios focuses on professional commercial photography. These are my 3 main focuses as of now, and I plan to expand my companies in the coming future.
