The UAE’s National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority announced on Tuesday revised guidelines for travelers wishing to fly to the country.

The authorities said that those who have taken the UAE-approved Covid-19 vaccine abroad can register their details and vaccination certificates with the authorities here.

The following is a summary of the latest travel updates announced by the country:

2. Passengers can start to register on August 15th.

4. For travelers who wish to enjoy the benefits provided by the UAE for vaccinators, a registered vaccination certificate is optional.

5. Only vaccine certificates approved in the UAE will be recognized, and the certified certificates will be displayed on the AlHosn app.

6. At the same time, the AlHosn app has Updated with new features. The updated application reflects the user’s “green pass” status, which is based on PCR test results and vaccination status.

7. The application has three colors-green, gray and red. Green indicates that the negative PCR test result is still valid; gray indicates that its validity period has passed; red indicates that the test result is positive.
