As the first point of contact for visitors to Expo 2020, volunteers will help manage the large number of different experiences, events and global discussions that will take place every day during the 182-day event. They come from all walks of life and will provide services in the areas of VIP and concierge; customer service; customer service; the theme pavilion of the 2020 World Expo; events, ceremonies and entertainment; and technical support.
