Christmas is coming sooner than ever at Dolly Parton’s Stampede, with its 2022 opening date on Thursday, October 27th.
With a full nativity scene, holiday decorations, seasonal music, a trail of Santa and a four-course holiday feast, Christmas at Dolly’s has become a tradition for families of all ages.
“There’s no better way to celebrate the holidays than to take the family to Stampede in Dolly Parton,” said Bryan Cossiboom, general manager of Stampede in Dolly Parton. “The voices of this season and our talented cast make our show a place to remember and enjoy this special time of the year together. Known for its friendly relays between the North and South Pole, equestrian feats, seasonal turns of music and comedy, the true meaning of the season is also brought to life at the dinner attractions; Nativity depicts a living Jesus being born, Mary, Joseph, the three wise men on the camel, and the shepherds leading the donkey and their flock.
As part of the show “The Nutcracker Suite,” Sugar Plum Fairy’s performance brings toys to life in their Magic of Toys music production. Santa’s presence completes the Christmas festivities, and when he arrives in his sleigh, the arena becomes a winter wonderland of freshly fallen snow.
Christmas at Dolly’s also includes a four-course feast of whole roast chicken, pecan-smoked pork loin, vanilla mashed potatoes, creamy corn on the cob, creamy vegetable soup, homemade cookies, a special holiday dessert and unlimited soda , tea or coffee. Vegetarian and gluten-free meals are also available upon request.
