Only one night stay this Saturday…
recently in Oak Room and let us — We couldn’t be more excited to hear that these two foodies are colliding for a one-off, four-hand, six-course exquisite fusion dining experience.
The culinary influence behind the event is a collaboration between the great British food ambassador and Michelin-honored rock star chef Tom Aikens at the helm of the Oak Room – one of the leading names in the UAE’s gastronomy. One, and a true master of mashed potatoes from the East and the West, is Chef Faisal AlHarmoudi.
‘Nomad Dinner’ will be available for one night tasting at The Abu Dhabi EDITION on Saturday 29th October with set menus from Dhs500, soft pairing options from Dhs650 and wine pairings from Dhs750.
What’s on the menu?
The six-course menu starts with Oak Room’s famous dame entrees – sourdough and marmite butter, and then goes on to Lake Farne oysters and house-made ricotta. Next, Chef Faisal’s legendary local grilled shrimp and corn pasta is paired with Chef Tom’s signature grilled lamb loin for the main course.
Your evening will end with a trio of lemon granitas by Chef Faisal and an irresistible saffron poached meringue by Chef Tom.
