VIJAYAWADA: AP Mineral Development Company (APMDC) participated in the ADIPEC exhibition in Abu Dhabi from 31st October to 3rd November. APMDC is a leading supplier of barite, accounting for nearly 80% of barite imports in the Middle East.
It is participating in the ADIPEC Expo, building business relationships with barite end consumers, and exploring industry-leading technologies in its coal, granite, HMBS, ball clay and calcite projects. The four-day expo is the largest energy, oil and gas exhibition with more than 2,200 exhibiting companies from 28 international participating country pavilions. More than 1,200 ministers, CEOs, policymakers and influencers from around the world provide strategic insights on the latest and most exciting forms of energy technology in six sessions and 133 technical sessions.
Apart from opening the APMDC booth, Oil and Gas Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri inaugurated the India Pavilion at ADIPEC 2022. As one of the major barite producers in the world, the booth set up by APMDC attracted representatives from several companies to visit.
