ZHO and Abu Dhabi National Hotel Compass signed a memorandum of understanding to cultivate determination in the culinary arts

In order to promote effective strategic partnerships and support the provision of services to the determined people, Zayed Senior Organization of Determined People (ZHO) and Abu Dhabi National Hotel Compass (ADNH Compass) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for people Provide culinary arts training determination and their parents.

This includes the establishment of a team of culinary experts to develop a common workload and common goals between the two parties, as well as media cooperation under the media policies of both parties.

The memorandum was signed by ZHO Secretary-General Abdullah Abdul-Ali Al-Humaidan and ADNH Compass Chief Operating Officer Peter Nichols.

According to the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding, ZHO will identify determined persons and their parents, and will provide all relevant data to the other party. The organization will also ensure that all necessary learning support is provided to the trainees and will follow up the training process. AD Compass will train participants in the culinary arts in designated and affiliated training facilities agreed by both parties. 50 people will be trained. The content of the course is provided through practical training courses and methods. All trainees will obtain a globally recognized diploma issued by the executive chef of ADNH Compass, Richard Green, who is a chef certified by the World Association of Chefs (WACS).

Al-Humaidan welcomed the signing of the memorandum of understanding. He said that ZHO strives to make students and their families eligible to enter the labor market, allowing them and their families to enter a wide range of fields including culinary arts, as an effort by the organization to empower people Part of the company is determined to promote their social inclusion and reflect these goals by establishing partnerships and signing memorandums of understanding.

Nichols commented: “The hotel and catering industry has begun to reopen and we are very happy to support the development of future local talent in the UAE. The program will enable participants to be passionate about the culinary arts and have the skills to embark on an exciting career path. Our goal is to help program participants gain practical experience and confidence in their abilities. The access to catering is relatively barrier-free, which helps to create equality. All it takes is a combination of real commitment and talent.”
