Realizing that food is part of entertainment, and entertainment is just as important, Main Event Entertainment evolved its restaurant concept into a home kitchen. With 50 new and unique menu items, our idea is not just to diversify our guests to showcase a tasteful and fun approach to a diverse menu.
As Chef Wiley Bates III, Director of Culinary Innovation at Main Event Entertainment, said: “The home kitchen has been developed with great care, attention to detail and a focus on quality ingredients. We are delighted that our guests will be able to experience our new menu offerings, which have been prepared with salt , pepper and love, and add to the fun that customers experience elsewhere in the Main Event Center.”

Check out some of the new menu items that appeal to a wide range of guests. Some family favorites have an interesting twist, while others are over the top. No matter the craving, there is an option for every appetite.
The PBB&J burger is probably the most talked-about option on the menu. The combination of blueberry jam, peanut butter, American cheese, and crispy bacon is a sweet and savory treat. Using blueberry jam is a wise choice as it avoids the taste being too sweet. A burst of sourness offsets all the richness of the bacon, burger, and cheese.

For the most appetites, the Triple Lava Burger will leave people unable to believe their eyes. The triple patty burger is filled with cheese. Combine with some caramelized onions, it may need a knife and fork to make sure it doesn’t spill.
