Visitors can experience a celebration of Emirati craftsmanship at the Artisan House area, including a fragrance experience that introduces visitors to Emirati fragrances. Bait Al Gahwa area also has traditional Arabic coffee, and the cultural area of the booth also has Abu Dhabi Senses Journey.
Abu Dhabi will enable WTM visitors to experience top sights and attractions throughout Yas Island, Saadiyat Island, Al Ain, Al Dhafra area and beyond. Attendees will experience how Abu Dhabi offers “something for every visitor”, 365 days a year, “at your own pace” – including cultural history, natural beaches, family entertainment and sporting activities.
The immersive booth experience will feature Q&A with global sports partners including Manchester City and the UFC – with a special cameo from Batman, presented by Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi.
Also on display is the Abu Dhabi Calendar in partnership with the “best in the world” artists, entertainers and sports franchises for the 2022/2023 winter season. Events range from live concerts with international stars Sting and Andrea Bocelli to the city’s music festival Wireless, which debuts in Abu Dhabi in March 2023.
Other events in the Abu Dhabi calendar include Disney’s The Lion King, as seen on Broadway, now making its Middle East debut, and Abu Dhabi Cooking Season – the emirate’s annual culinary celebration. This all comes after the first NBA Abu Dhabi Games in October, followed by a return in partnership with the UFC for Abu Dhabi Showdown Week.
