CHARLOTTE – The 55th annual Southern Christmas Show will feature more than 400 vendors showcasing the latest in gifts and holiday decorations.
Marketplace Events will host what has been billed as North America’s largest holiday show from November 10-20 at The Park Expo and Conference Center. Shows are Sunday-Wednesday 10am-6pm and Thursday-Saturday 10am-9pm.
Guests can stroll through Richeson Properties and Interiors LLC.’s designer rooms, which will feature holiday decor and furniture that will inspire every gathering space in the home. Attendees will hear carols from the LeafFilter entertainment stage and share their wishes with Santa.
A unique holiday shopping experience will provide attendees with a rich selection of gifts and a variety of holiday decorations, garlands, stockings and decorations. The show’s entrance is filled with sparkling snowflakes and frosty decor that fits the winter wonderland theme.
Take pictures with your loved ones along the snowy Belgard Covered Bridge. Guests of the show will pass through Olde Towne, a charming shop displaying a dazzling array of gifts, dolls, decorations and decorations. Christmas Tree Alley will decorate the lobby with trees from the North Carolina Mountains.
Get inspired by Power Home Remodeling’s holiday decorating contest and gather ideas from top designers, boutique owners, and decorating experts on ways to make mantels, doors, and wreaths.
Attendees can also view model train exhibits at the show or view the talented work of skilled artisans and artisans from across the country.
Boys and girls can bring their holiday wishes to St. Nick himself. Proceeds from the photo with Santa will benefit Shriners Hospitals for Children.
A variety of local wines and delicacies will also be offered at the fair.
Guests can catch a sneak peek at the show on Nov. 9 at a preview night from 5-9 p.m., and a portion of each $24 ticket sale will be donated to charity partner The Sandbox, which supports families with life-changing children . Participants of the preview night can enjoy hors d’oeuvres while shopping. The first 250 shoppers will receive souvenir decorations themed on “Winter Wonderland”.
The Southern Christmas Show will also host an early bird VIP shopping experience for $20 on Nov. 12 from 8-10 a.m. and a girls night for $10 on Nov. 18 from 4-9 p.m. Activity.
