As an actor, cookbook author, entrepreneur, mom, and more, Tia Murray Wear a lot of hats.
One of those acting endeavors was starring in the 1994 sitcom sister, sister with her twins Tamera Murray. Over the years, there have been whispers of reboots before her turn it off There was a TikTok last year. So has anything changed?
“Oh my gosh. You know, no, I’m sorry to say,” Murray told ABC Audio while promoting her latest collaboration with LACTAID, a lactose-free dairy product. “We have a lot to do in our lives. I have a lot to do. I don’t even know if there’s room left.”
“But who knows? I never, never say never,” she added. “You know, Tamera and I are probably in our 60s. Can you imagine that?”
Still, Murray said the fact that the series ran for six seasons and still resonates decades later has made it “a huge success.”
“I feel like the show has continued after more than 20 years. It’s been a huge success for me,” said the mom of two. “…let the show still do well, people resonate with it, and it’s still successful now. I think that’s something to celebrate.”
Another cause for celebration is Maury’s exciting upcoming project, which she “can’t wait to share with the world”.
“I’ll be announcing something in January that’s been on my vision board for years,” she revealed. “I can’t wait to share this special project I’ve been working on with the world. My entire content is inspiring, encouraging, and representative, so I think you’ll enjoy it, hope so. “
