Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC) has announced the signing of a partnership agreement with Cheil Middle East & Africa, a Samsung Global Group company, with the main objective of attracting local and global partners to sponsor all sports-related events and events organized by ADSC.

The agreement is in line with Abu Dhabi Sports Council’s ambitious plans and ongoing efforts to foster key partnerships that support Abu Dhabi’s sporting success as a global sports capital.
The cooperation agreement was signed on behalf of the company by HE Aref Hamad Al Awani, Secretary General of Abu Dhabi Sports Council, and HE Lyusok Jung, CEO of Cheil Middle East & Africa.
Cheil aims to attract local and global partners to sponsor all sports activities and occasions organized and managed by ADSC, as well as all international and local events, approved and included in its annual agenda, enriching various sports such as the World Sports Leaders Summit “Leaders – World Basketball Triple Crown – ADNOC Abu Dhabi Marathon – Spartan World Championships – Jiu-Jitsu World Championships – Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Race – Mubadala Tennis Championships – UAE Tour – and many other events in addition to other local community competitions are organized by ADSC at various locations in Abu Dhabi.
His Excellency Aref Hamad Al Awani, Secretary General of Abu Dhabi Sports Council, expressed his appreciation and support for this unique partnership agreement with Cheil Middle East & Africa and thanked the company for its local and international expertise. HE Al Awani also confirmed that this is the first major agreement of its kind with a global company providing such services.
