Nakheel Home Rental, the residential leasing division of major developer Nakheel, has opened a new customer service center to showcase all of its properties in Dubai-and provide one month’s free rent for all new leases.
The new office is located in the Ibn Battuta shopping mall and provides a convenient one-stop service for new clients who want to rent a property in Nakheel. Nakheel has more than 16,000 apartments and more than 500 villa sizes suitable for families and budgets.
The new lease provides 13 months of rent at a price of 12, plus flexible payments and multiple checks.

It is open from 8.30 am to 5 pm from Sunday to Thursday, and from 9 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. Visitors can call 800 NAKHEEL (6254335) to make an appointment, or walk in at their convenience.
Tenants with existing leases can renew with the push of a button and collect rent checks via courier via the My Nakheel app on the same day, saving time and unnecessary journeys. Alternatively, they can visit the dedicated customer service center at Ibn Battuta Mall India Court (first floor) or Dragon City (first floor) located above the main entrance.
