UAE: From September 5th, the capacity of Abu Dhabi government workplaces will reach 100%-News

Those who do not comply with the exam requirements are not allowed to work, and absenteeism will be deducted from annual leave or monthly salary.

It was announced today that government entities and companies in Abu Dhabi can restore 100% of workplace production capacity starting September 5.

All employees who are vaccinated, as well as employees who are exempt from vaccinations, need to display a green status on the Alhosn app. Employees who have not been vaccinated need to be tested for Covid-19 every 7 days. All employees are required to comply with the government’s Covid-19 testing requirements.

Those who do not comply with the exam requirements are not allowed to work, and absenteeism will be deducted from annual leave or monthly salary.

Visitors and customers who have been vaccinated must display a green status on the Alhosn app, while visitors and customers who have not been vaccinated must display a negative PCR test result within 48 hours.

One parent of a child in grade 10 or below is allowed to work remotely, and according to the medical authorization and the statement of the educational institution, they can be exempted from attending school in person. Employers can grant additional authorizations in accordance with government regulations.
