Customers also benefit from reduced shipping weight, as unnecessary packaging material is removed from each shipment when Emirates repacks the shipment into a consolidated box.
To use Emirates Delivers UK, customers must register with emiratesdelivers.uk to be assigned a unique and free Emirates Delivers postal address in the UK. Registration is free. Customers already registered for the Emirates Delivers US service can log into their account using the convenient drop-down link in the menu.
Purchases from UK eCommerce retailers will be delivered to the customer’s Emirates Delivers address in the UK, with free storage for up to 30 days. Customers have the flexibility to create shipping requests at any time during these 30 days to continue shopping and increase their purchases. After creating a shipping request, their purchases are combined into one package and delivered to their designated UAE address within 3-5 days.
Customers can also request to have their parcel photographed before it is delivered to Dubai on one of Emirates SkyCargo’s multiple daily flights from the UK. Customers can use Emirates Delivers to track their parcels from the moment they arrive at the UK warehouse until they reach their doorstep in the UAE.
A dedicated fleet of Emirates Delivers vans are deployed to complete the final step in the process, delivering all consolidated shopping in a single box to customers’ doorsteps anywhere in the UAE within three to five days.
Emirates SkyCargo provides cargo capacity to Emirates’ modern wide-body fleet, comprising 11 Boeing 777-Fs freighters. It operates two state-of-the-art cargo terminals at its hub in Dubai and has developed specialized air transport products for specific verticals.
For the UK, Emirates offers cargo capacity on more than 119 weekly flights to seven cities, operating: six daily flights to London Heathrow; three daily flights to Gatwick; daily to Staines Ted; three daily services to Manchester and two daily services to Birmingham; daily service to Newcastle; daily service to Glasgow.
