Perhaps fueled by the caffeine, Cody devises a cunning ploy to cut a deal with Kara not to play their idol so they can catch her off guard. But Cody doesn’t know that Jesse is starting to see him as a bigger threat to his endgame. So he uses Cody’s allies against him, leaving the elevator salesman completely devastated.
