[ad_1]

Leading aerospace company Dassault Aviation will showcase its popular Falcon 8X ultra-long-range trijet at this year’s Middle East and North Africa Business Aviation Association (MEBAA) exhibition at DWC, Dubai from 6-8 December.

“Operators in the Middle East highly value the performance, flexibility, robustness and technical excellence of large-cabin aircraft such as the Falcon 8X, which draws heavily on decades of experience in Dassault fighter jets,” said Dassault Airline Chairman and CEO Eric Trappier said. “This appreciation will only grow with the arrival of the new Falcon 6X and 10X, which will set new standards in the large-cabin segment.”

Large-cabin Falcons like the 6,450nm/11,945km Falcon 8X account for a third of the 75 Falcons operating in the region. The Falcon 8X can fly non-stop from New York to Dubai, from Dubai to Adelaide, from Jeddah to Sao Paulo, and can also easily reach short-runway airports such as London City Airport or Lugano, Switzerland, which usually do not allow large business The plane takes off.

The aircraft’s spacious cabin is the quietest of any business jet on the market, and its revolutionary FalconEye dual HUD option allows low-visibility approaches with a minimum altitude of 100 feet, providing customers with significant operational advantages and greatly improving Ease of access to the airport in bad weather conditions.

Along with the all-new ultra-widebody Falcon 6X (currently in the final stages of flight-testing activities) and the ultra-long-range Falcon 10X (expected to hit the market by the end of 2025.

The 5,500nm/10,186km Falcon 6X has already received significant orders from the Middle East, with several aircraft expected to be delivered to customers in the region shortly after entering service in mid-2023.

Meanwhile, Dassault continues to improve and expand its regional product support network.

In early 2023, the company’s ExecuJet MRO Services division will open a 15,000-square-meter maintenance, repair and overhaul facility at Dubai World Central to serve business jet operators in the Gulf region.

The facility will be able to service 18-24 aircraft simultaneously and will be sized to handle the largest business jets. It will be qualified to handle the full range of MRO activities, from line maintenance to overhaul, and will serve Falcon operators as well as owners of other OEM brands, whether regional or in-transit.

The new ExecuJet complex will replace the existing service center at Dubai International Airport (DXB) and serve as ExecuJet’s regional headquarters. However, the DXB will retain the capability of the aircraft on the ground.

If an aircraft is grounded, customers can take advantage of the company’s comprehensive 24/7 AOG support service, which is designed to provide access to spare parts, repair tools and GoTeam experts around the world. FalconResponse is supported by two dedicated Falcon 900 aircraft, which customers can also use as an elevator replacement – an industry first.

Operators in the region can also take advantage of a spare parts distribution center in Dubai and a new engineering office in Cairo, supported by other elements of Dassault’s global product support network, including a new state-of-the-art parts distribution center near Paris-Sharde Gaulle Airport. – trade arab news agency
