The Middle East’s largest theme park, Dubai Parks and Resorts, has been transformed into a magical destination offering more than 50 different activities across four theme parks, making it one of Dubai’s biggest festival destinations this season.
Festival events include fireworks, festive workshops, captivating live shows and parades, and thrilling rides and roller coasters.
Motiongate Dubai is presenting festive theatrical acts including ‘Smurfmas’ and ‘King Julien’s Holiday Stomp’ which are getting a festive makeover for this season only. Not only can kids and adults meet Santa at a special meet and greet, but they can also join Finn, Shrek, King Julian, Draco, Elf and more in a fantastic parade of fun with their favorite characters.
Families and friends can also take a walk through the festive market, where they can enjoy some of Mrs. Clause’s best baked goods as she prepares Santa’s favorite treats, including cakes, cookies, pretzels and gingerbread men.
Guests can look forward to an unparalleled festive brick-building adventure at Legoland Dubai this season.
For the second year in a row, Legoland Dubai has announced the resumption of its daily Christmas countdown at Miniland. A gigantic 4-meter-high Advent calendar and Lego gifts worth AED 40,000 (US$ 10,888) are awaiting winners to collect daily until 25 December.
Families visiting the park on 17 December will also have the chance to join in a magical celebration at FACTORY Street with the Legoland Dubai Christmas Choir, performing some of everyone’s favorite Christmas carols.
Festive Carol Experience at Riverland Dubai
Santa Claus is also heading to Riverland™ Dubai, the perfect destination to experience the festive spirit in a European wonderland. A variety of festive performances and entertainment, from ornate carolers, buskers to an entire joyous parade, will transform the park into the ultimate destination for fun.
The park is also decorated with festive street animations and photo opportunities with Santa’s sleigh worthy of a festive postcard or a couple of great Instagram photos. Kids can also send their secret wishes to the North Pole by dropping letters into Santa’s mailbox. Free for all customers.
