Narine also represented the Trinbago Knight Riders in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL). “I grew up on the Knight Riders and the Knight Riders grew on me, so it’s like a big family. There’s a team wherever they are and I love being a part of it.”
“I’ve played a lot of cricket in the UAE so I know what’s going on here pretty well. If you look at the ADKR team, it’s a familiar setup, not a brand new XI that I have to get used to. So that gave me a lot of confidence, Knowing the quality of my players,” he added.
Narine will be joined by other West Indies players including Andre Russell, Akeal Hosein, Raymon Reifer, Kennar Lewis and Ravi Rampaul.
