ABU DHABI, 15th December, 2022 (WAM) — The Family Care Authority, FCA, an affiliate of the Abu Dhabi Department of Community Development, is participating in the third Abu Dhabi Family Forum 2022 under the patronage of HH Sheikha Law Fatima bint Mubarak, President of the General Women’s Union (GWU), President of the Supreme Council of Maternity and Childhood and Supreme President of the Family Development Foundation (FDF).
The event is organized by FDF under HH Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak’s Excellence and Community Intelligence Programme.
The 2022 Abu Dhabi Family Forum will be held in Marsana, Al Hudayriat Island, Abu Dhabi, from 13th to 18th December, 16:00 to 21:00 hrs, under the theme ‘Quality of Family Life in the Fifties’.
FCA’s involvement included a booth introducing the Authority’s services at the 50’s Sustainable Home Station, awareness workshops, and daily community education competitions open to the public.
Expert Yomna Al Sharqi gave a presentation titled “Be My Friend” on Tuesday 13th December at 18:30 while Lead Expert Dr Asma Ismail delivered a presentation titled “Child Protection Laws in Children’s Mental Health” Dec Thursday 15th at 15:00.
FCA Director General Dr Bushra Abdullah Al Mulla said: “Our participation in the 3rd Abu Dhabi Family Forum in 2022 reflects our belief that the objectives of the event are aligned with our efforts to improve the quality of life for families in Abu Dhabi, all within a cohesive protection of their privacy in an interdependent and interdependent society in which individuals and families enjoy developed and preventive home care.
“Based on a study of the changing social needs of families and society in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the Authority is overseeing new and developed government services for all family members. These include a unified service window provided by the Home Care Authority, as well as addressing social Challenging root causes and seeking a comprehensive integrated service system that empowers nursing staff, counseling and support in emergency situations,” she added.
The Abu Dhabi Family Forum has four main stations: Sustainable Families in the Fifties; Families and Future Entrepreneurship; Family Health Quality, Families, Artificial Intelligence and Future Skills.
During the forum, there are also many activities such as family community smart laboratory, children’s area, happy hour, main theater, VIP meeting, “From Fifty to Fifty” exhibition, and future media. In addition, the Forum hosted numerous cultural, artistic and entertainment events.
