To the surprise of residents, authorities are leaving notes for people visiting the coast
Residents of Dubai will be pleasantly surprised when they visit the beaches of the emirate.
Dubai Municipality is “printing” messages on beaches every day to raise awareness.
It shared a video on Twitter with the caption: “To ensure the well-being of beachgoers, Dubai Municipality has created art and awareness designs that are printed daily on the beach. This is in line with the municipality’s commitment to quality services. Our environment is our responsibility.”
Through designs ranging from artwork to phrases, the authority is trying to fulfill its mission of providing quality services.
A roller can be seen in the video above printing the designs into the sand, along with an Arabic phrase that means “our environment, our responsibility”. The designs include illustrations of turtles, crabs, and shells, among others.
Authorities shared a video of the move, showing how large vehicles with rollers left messages for beachgoers across the emirate.
