UAE prosecutors have reminded residents not to incite others to break the law.

Authorities said this was done under Section 209 of Federal Decree No. 31 of 2021, which passed the Crimes and Penalties Act.

In an Instagram post, it urged residents not to “incite others to disobey the law” or “glorify things that constitute a crime”.

According to the authorities, the accused will be sentenced to imprisonment and a fine ranging from Dh100,000 to Dh500,000.
