dubai [UAE]/New Delhi [India]December 17 (ANI/Business Wire India): For the first time ever UAE-India Awardhosted by the UK-based India Global Forum (IGF), delivered a dynamic week of dialogue and insightful discussion Closing at IGF UAE 2022.

Leading Emirati and Indian companies and high achievers were honored in a range of categories for their work across the UAE-India corridor at a sparkling awards gala on the evening of 15th December 2022 at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai honour. It brought together a host of VIPs, celebrities and influencers from the worlds of business, politics and the arts for a major formal evening celebrating the dynamic bilateral Partnerships.

Covering all aspects of UAE-India cooperation, the awards celebrate investment, legal services, banking, business promotion and technology.

The awards evening concludes a week of keynotes, fireside chats, roundtables and studio conversations, wrapping up the second UAE edition of the India Global Forum, with senior ministers, business leaders, lawmakers and influential thought leaders covering climate Changes in geopolitics on different topics, and the challenge of financial technology innovation to green technology.

In his keynote speech at the official launch of IGF UAE 2022 earlier this week, the event’s keynote speaker – Indian External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar – highlighted new areas of UAE-India cooperation such as education, artificial intelligence, health and Start-ups outside traditional industries such as energy, trade and investment.

“The UAE and India have a built-in and intuitive trust which has resulted in a very comfortable relationship. Today, the UAE is India’s third largest trading partner, second largest export destination and largest Indian diaspora community,” said the Senior Indian Minister “
“We remain committed to extending our partnership to other partners as both countries are in transition. We have a tripartite partnership with France and we are also working with Africa on healthcare. We have also established a unique I2U2 mechanisms, including India, Israel, the UAE and the US. India can play an important role in bridging relations between nations.”
