How did you start your entrepreneurship journey? Do you have some advice for beginners?
Having been immersed in the tech world for many years, I am well aware of the latest trends and developments in these cutting-edge fields. I have seen firsthand the incredible potential of IoT, 5G, and AI to revolutionize the way we live and work, and I am eager to be a part of this exciting future.
Meanwhile, nowadays, enterprise customer requirements are highly diverse and varied. This is due to the rapidly changing business landscape and the increasing competition in the market. In order to stay ahead of the competition and satisfy the diverse needs of their customers, enterprises no matter SMB or Large cooperations, need to diversify their offerings not only product but more as a solution with services which could adapt to the changing market conditions
However, my previous company has certain limitations in terms of its product and business strategy. These limitations have resulted in the company’s inability to fully meet the comprehensive requirements of the market and its customers.
When standing at this crossroads of opportunities and life, everyone needs to decide their own journey. While many people may choose to stay and find alternative solutions in their current company, I choose to overcome these limitations and improve the competitive position in the market with my own name card.
As we already consider entrepreneurship as a journey here, I have to say that, same as other entrepreneurs, starting this journey will be filled with tears and joy. In the first several months, you have to work tirelessly to build a strong foundation for your business, including hiring a talented team, securing funding, and establishing partnerships with industry leaders. Sametime, you also need to stay up-to-date on the latest technical and market trends and developments. Additionally, attending conferences, exhibitions and workshops are recommended to market your company even yourself even if you believe these are less effective.
What do you believe is the most crucial part of continuing business seamlessly?
The top priority is to understand the target market, or you will fail eventually. This insight can help the business identify the needs and preferences of its potential customers. This, in turn, can inform the development of products or services that are well-suited to the market, and can help the business create marketing and sales strategies that are effective and targeted. All those are the fundamentals of your business. Of cause, there will be other aspects attached to this as below:
- Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Investing in technology and systems that can support the business and make it more resilient.
- Having a team of dedicated and skilled employees who are able to adapt to changing circumstances and work together to overcome any challenges that may arise.
- Developing contingency plans for potential disruptions or challenges, such as natural disasters, economic downturns, or supply chain disruptions. This can help the business stay prepared and ready to respond quickly to any issues that may arise.
- Maintaining a strong financial foundation and having access to resources that can help the business weather any storms.
We saw that you are active as a leader in multiple companies. What are your goals through your companies and how do you plan to help individuals with it?
As an employee in my previous MNC experience, my career goals include continuously developing and expanding my skills and expertise, as well as taking on new challenges and responsibilities within the company. I am committed to becoming a valuable and integral part of the team, and to contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization. However, it is not the true and true goal of myself.
When I create my own company, my personal career goal become part of my company’s vision. Our company’s vision is “To be the partner of 1st choice in the Middle East Region and bring exceptional products and solutions to families and organizations.” But it is wrong to interpret my goal through my company’s vision.
To explain more specifically, by combining my goal with the company’s vision, I would like to say: Our goal is using edge cutting technology and solutions to make our Earth Green together with families and organizations.

Does employees’ energy and enthusiasm have a hand in business success? How do you plan to motivate your team to go an extra mile?
In a place like the UAE where businesses value innovation on an almost exclusive level. And innovation needs employees who are energetic and enthusiastic. The positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges can help to create a culture of innovation within the organization. In this phenomenon, employees are more likely to be engaged with their work and willing to go the extra mile to achieve success.
Motivating a team to go the extra mile can be a challenging task. However, there are several strategies that can help. Here are some ideas to consider:
- Clearly communicate the goals and objectives of the team, and how going the extra mile will help the team achieve those goals. This will help team members understand the importance of their work and why it is worth putting in extra effort.
- Provide recognition and rewards for team members who go the extra mile. This can include things like public recognition, bonuses, or other incentives. When team members see that their extra effort is appreciated, they are more likely to be motivated to continue putting in the extra effort.
