Back in 2020 when the pandemic started, music festivals around the world were being canceled…
One of the world’s biggest music festivals is heading to the UAE capital with the long-awaited Ultra Abu Dhabi coming in March 2023. On the heels of legendary festival Wireless announcing March 11 on Yas Island, Ultra Abu Dhabi has revealed the dates for its two-day extravaganza on March 4-5, 2023.
The world’s premier electronic music festival will be held at Etihad Park on Yas Island, with top DJs and incredible A-list artists for the weekend.Pre-registration is now open, to unlock special registrations, please go to ultraabudhabi.com.
While this will be the first time the epic EDM event has hit UAE shores, it’s not the first time we’ve counted down the event.The first Ultra Abu Dhabi was supposed to take place before the pandemic, but Canceled due to heightened health concerns.
Next year’s inaugural Ultra Abu Dhabi event will be split into two stages: Main Stage, featuring blockbuster headliners; and Resistance, Ultra’s worldwide house and techno stage dedicated to more underground acts.
Although the line-up for Ultra Abu Dhabi 2023 has yet to be announced, the canceled 2020 edition has a slew of electronic, dance and trance superstars in the roster. So we have high hopes for the March 2023 lineup.where names include Afrojack, Alesso, DJ Snake, Eric Prydz, Luciano, Nicky Romero, Major Lazer, Eats Everything and Seth Troxler are all on the list.
Ultra operates in more than 25 countries across six continents, so now is the time for the UAE to get in on the EDM action. You can also find its festivals in the cities of Singapore, China, Australia, Bali, Korea, Japan, Mexico, Taiwan, South Africa and Brazil.
