The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention reported 66 cases of the Covid-19 coronavirus on Wednesday, with 179 recoveries and no deaths.

The new cases were detected through 26,582 additional tests.
As of December 21, the total number of cases in the UAE stood at 1,046,359, while the overall recovery rate was 1,028,097. The death toll now stands at 2,348.
To date, more than 197,762,706 PCR tests have been performed in the country.
