UAE’s first NH Collection hotel to open on Palm Jumeirah in February

UAE-based upscale property developer Seven Tides has confirmed that the UAE’s first NH Collection hotel will open to the public in February 2023.

NH Collection Dubai The Palm is a 533-room hotel located in the Seven Palms development in Seven Tides, a two-tower complex overlooking Dubai’s world-famous Palm Jumeirah Lagoon.

The NH Collection Dubai The Palm tower, operated by Minor Hotels and adjacent to the Seven Palms residences, will offer guests, residents and tourists a wide range of high-end accommodation, amenities and dining options.

Abdulla Bin Sulayem, CEO of Seven Tides, said: “The project will deliver an exceptional guest experience, including breathtaking views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline, as well as access to landmarks and attractions in our emirate and beyond. We believe this complex will Dubai’s booming real estate landscape adds significant value.

“NH Collection Dubai The Palm will feature a wide range of premium facilities including our 45m rooftop infinity pool, fully equipped fitness centre, kids club, NH Collection spa and more.”

The hotel consists of 227 rooms and suites and 306 studios and apartments. Guests can choose from 11 room types, and those who opt for the destination’s premier accommodation will also receive exclusive access to the NH Collection premium lounge.

All rooms feature NH Collection ‘Sleep Better’ mattresses, full tea and coffee making facilities, rain showers and LED TVs. The location of the property has direct access to the beach, Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina. Dubai International Airport is also only 30 minutes away and offers private transfers for conference attendees.

NH Collection Dubai The Palm includes five food and beverage venues offering everything from haute cuisine to healthy post-workout snacks. Maiora will serve a wide variety of dishes throughout the day. Te-Lounge will serve refreshments and healthy snacks. Seven Sports Bar will offer a more casual setting with classic snacks and drinks. Revo Café will serve creative and healthy dishes, while SEEN will be a modern rooftop venue.

For those looking to introduce a little luxury to their event, the hotel also includes five airy spaces equipped with the latest technology to accommodate gatherings of up to 45 people, making it the ideal venue for business meetings, conferences, celebrations and more.
