In order to provide passengers with better and more convenient services, United Arab Emirates The government has implemented biometric services at Abu Dhabi International Airport. Therefore, travelers do not need passports or air tickets. The boarding pass will be a photo of his or her face. At the airport in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, the company will present its cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions together with international partners IDEMIA and SITA in the field of technological solutions.

The new technology will improve the passenger experience and make the Midfield Terminal the world’s first international airport to feature biometrics at every point of contact with the public.

From ‘curb to gate’, the system will provide travelers with a practical, direct, seamless and hygienic experience. Passengers will experience shorter wait times, resulting in less queuing.

NEXT50 CEO Ibrahim Al Mannai said the biometric scheme is part of the emirate’s digital transformation ambitions.
