Judd took to social media to explain what happened and apologize for missing last night’s performance.
She posted a photo of herself and Ballerini watching the stage get set up earlier, with a health update in the caption.
The 58-year-old wrote: “I’m so looking forward to singing with my darling @kelseaballerini tonight. Instead, I struggled with extreme vertigo on the bus, unable to perform. “
She went on to apologize personally to Nashville: “I am so sad, Nashville, and sorry for disappointing you tonight. Kelsey, I look forward to being on stage with you February, better than ever! ! ! ! “
Many of Judd’s fans were delighted to hear from the singer and wished her well, with a flood of comments containing heartfelt messages such as “We all want you to feel better ❤️”
“You haven’t let anyone down. We’re here for you, we love you, and we want you to put yourself first! Please take care and keep shining the light in this dark world! ❤️&🙏🏻,” wrote one fan.
judd is on tour January and February Judds: The Last Tourin honor of her mother, naomi juddThe mother-daughter duo performed together as The Judds for years until Naomi’s death earlier this year.
Ballerini will join Judd at three appointments in February, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Kansas City, Missouri and St. Louis, Missouri.
