Azizi to deliver 11,000 new units in Dubai this year

With the Riviera quickly selling out, Azizi presents Park Avenue III in MBR City, Rêve, the Riviera’s fourth and most exclusive and luxurious phase, and Beach Oasis, two residential-commercial buildings with a total of 712 units , sits around the beach-like swimming pool, it says.

The Dubai-based developer said a major achievement for the group in 2022 was the acquisition of a coveted site on Sheikh Zayed Road, which will soon be the UAE’s first Two tall towers.
