[ad_1]

ABU DHABI, 3rd January, 2023 (WAM) — The Environment Authority of Abu Dhabi, EAD, has launched a new model of the ‘Easy Customer Experience Program Abu Dhabi’, offering direct step.

The initiative is a groundbreaking new model that will enable an effortless customer experience at Abu Dhabi Government and position the emirate as a leader.

The new model targets the entire customer experience, benchmarked against international standards, and will see significant investment in human capital through a government-wide effortless customer experience training programme.

The Abu Dhabi model uses a collaborative approach to address the entire customer experience across four dimensions: direction, design, development and delivery.

The program also includes five strategic components, and works with senior partners to establish a tailor-made design lab to develop the capabilities of customer experience agencies, enabling them to deliver world-class customer experiences and ultimately build a customer experience Center for the pioneering measurement model Effort Score (CES).

EAD enables instant completion of services without uploading documents. Customers can now submit their application after logging in with Emirates Pass, pay the applicable fees and receive their e-permit instantly.

Saoud Salem Alneyadi, Director of Customer Satisfaction at EAD, said: “As part of the Abu Dhabi Easy Customer Service Pilot Program, we have chosen to deepen groundwater wells as a service we wish to enhance. We have one hundred days to improve the customer journey. On the deadline Previously, not only were we able to launch the service earlier, but we reduced the number of steps required to complete the application and permit process to a minimum.”

EAD currently has 10 digital services on TAMM, including recreational and commercial fishing licenses, aquaculture licenses, and native tree planting and removal licenses. This is in addition to environmental permits for the drilling and use of groundwater wells, development and infrastructure projects, industrial installations, and registration of consulting offices. Commercial establishment permits have been revised and now incorporate environmental permits for commercial establishments, animal production farms, and hazardous materials stores into one service.
