It is sometimes difficult to get motivation for fitness, so if you are looking for motivation to get you back on the exercise bike, some of the things here may be helpful.
Den DXB provides new members with the opportunity to try out the fitness center. Throughout September, each first-time participant can participate in a 7-day free course (worth Dh420). Both courses must be used within 7 days, but you are welcome to try as many different courses as possible during that week.
The Den DXB courses are designed to combine strength, sports and cardiovascular training. Members can choose weightlifting courses, each course is divided into lower body, upper body and full body; or based on the “power” adjustment session.
All classes are 60 minutes, and exercises can be modified for any fitness level. There are the largest number of points available to ensure that they can maintain a safe and effective training experience.
Weightlifting classes are held on Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, while Monday, Friday and Saturday are “Power” or “The Den Throwdown” courses.
After the free trial, you can use a series of membership packages. A single lesson is 100 dirhams, or you can buy in bulk to save money-the more lessons you buy, the cheaper each lesson. The eight-cabin package is 680 dirhams and the ten-cabin package is 785 dirhams, or you can buy an unlimited one-week pass for 420 dirhams.
