UAE weather: Temperatures drop, rain possible

The National Weather Center said the day will be partly cloudy to convective with a chance of rain.

Coastal, northern and eastern regions are likely to receive rainfall of varying intensity, while temperatures will drop.

Moderate to fresh winds, sometimes strong and cloudy.

Temperatures in the country could reach as high as 28oC. Mercury temperatures will rise to 24oC in Abu Dhabi and 23oC in Dubai.

However, temperatures could drop as low as 18oC in Abu Dhabi, 20oC in Dubai and as low as 8oC in the mountains.

Humidity levels in Abu Dhabi and Dubai will be between 30% and 80%.

Sea conditions in the Arabian Gulf and Oman waters will range from rough to moderate.
