Dubai, United Arab Emirates: The PIMS chain has debuted in the UAE. The new branch is located on JBR Beach in Dubai, inside the Roxy Cinema building.
PIMS was founded by two friends, Artur Shusteriovas (bartender) and Gleb Golubev (entrepreneur), who came up with the idea of mixing tea with fruit, cream and other ingredients in the style of Chinese street shops and came up with PIMS. “Something fancy, something about tea.
“The core product of PIMS is tea. 90% of PIMS are made of traditional Chinese tea carefully selected by a professional team. The menu is divided into four tea areas: Pure tea, Tea & Fruits, Full PIMS and Milky & Tapioca.
There are only three drinks in Dubai, their “DUBAI SPECIALS”! WATERPASSION – based on fresh watermelon and passion fruit, ULTIMATE COCONUT – made with raw coconut jelly, coconut cream and Gaba, KARAK COFFEE – coffee brewed with cardamom, tapioca, with milk of your choice. The hallmark of PIMS is the cream that you can add to any drink – coconut and savory. The first is a plant-based alternative, and the second is creamy with a touch of salt.
Artur and Gleb, the founders of PIMS, greeted the guests with an introductory speech: “PIMS is a brand for people with a young heart and independence. The main idea of PIMS is to create a place where everyone can express themselves freely. Community. We believe that PIMS are creative drinks for creative people, a fresh approach to drinks and design. Minimalism, high quality, and most importantly, natural! PIMS is already a huge brand with more than 10 branches in Russia, branches all over the UAE and all over the world. “We started as a small store in Moscow, where we worked all by ourselves, and through our efforts we have grown into a big brand with an international partnership program,” says Artur.
“PIMS’ mission is to inspire through its approach to beverage design, ingredient work and interior design,” said the co-founder of PIMS.
“We are very focused on taste. That’s why our team of professionals invents all our recipes and most drinks are tested on 87,000 drinks a month. We use 3 tons of cream prepared in-house at our locations every week , 5 tons of cassava flour per month.”

There are three traditional Chinese fermented teas: Gaba, Dahongpao and Jasmine. All three are very vibrant and refreshing. In addition, there is Milky & Matcha for matcha lovers, mini or standard.
For guests who prefer something custom, there is the option of adding house or coconut cream to the classic tea. You can even top with strawberries, blueberries, tapioca, lychee, mango, passion fruit or cherries!
Based in part on a thick and smooth drink inspired by the fruits and berries in traditional Chinese teas, FULL PIMS is made using an in-house blending method and topped with PIMS’ signature cream. PEACHY LYCHEE, MANGOOW, STRAWGRANNY and TROPICAL VIBES will bring you a new taste and texture experience with their unique packaging and products themselves. PIMS will always sink into your heart and never leave you unsatisfied.
The TEA & FRUITS range are super fruity and soft drinks that can be served cold, warm or at room temperature. BERRIES x BERRIES and KIWI ALOE are perfect for a hot day at the beach. ALLIN is a refreshing jasmine tea based drink mixed with juicy citrus. Too much fruit and when you’re almost done they give you an extra bottle of jasmine tea to refill your glass. After refilling, you need to wait 3-5 minutes for the fruit to juice.
Last but not least – milk drink with tapioca flour. Vegan chewable bubbles made from the cassava root plant with a sweet coffee flavor. These are truly one-of-a-kind drinks that you’ve never tried before.
