adventure. history. Secret reveals and treasure hunts. The hit PBS series “Antiques Roadshow” returns to Louisiana for season 28.
The 2023 production tour kicks off with a stop in Baton Rouge on Tuesday, May 2nd – Finding America’s Hidden Treasures. Fans are invited to enter, win tickets to see the venue, and have their items appraised.

“An annual Antiques Roadshow across the country, meeting our event guests and learning about their items, brings magic to our series,” executive producer Martha Bemko said in a release. “I’m thrilled that the show is returning to Baton Rouge 10 years after our last visit, and I can’t wait to see what local treasures await us!”
The show was last filmed in Baton Rouge 2013but they recently visited New Orleans in 2017, where 5,000 ticket holders brought their Paintings, pottery and other precious items Proceed to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

Carole Heckert, who owns 201 Antiques and Vintage in Denham Springs, brought a rug for an appraisal. Hecht was featured on the show that aired in 2018.
Baton Rouge Roadshow originally aired in 2014 (and has aired multiple times since).
This year, at each appraisal event, experts from the country’s leading auction houses and independent dealers will give guests free oral appraisals of their antiques and collectibles. Each ticket-buying guest is invited to bring two items for identification. Event venues will be announced closer to the event date.
