Bayside Sports India, a company majority-owned by billionaire tycoon Anand Mahindra, said its global subsidiary Bayside Sports Global has partnered with Dubai-based investment group Fincasa Capital to expand and bring its operations to United Arab Emirates.
The company said in a statement that the partnership with Fincasa Capital CEO Varis Sayed will allow Bayside Sports Global to leverage the expertise of the Dubai group to build a strong presence in the country and the Middle East’s sports scene.
It added that both parties will collaborate to continue to promote and advance sportsmanship and camaraderie among schools, companies and government entities in the region, with the UAE as its headquarters.
Kyan Bharucha, CEO and Founder of Bayside Sports India, said: “With world-class sports infrastructure and venues, the sports industry in the Middle East and UAE has huge potential. With the help of Fincasa, we will partner with schools, universities, Companies and governments are bringing them to cricket and football pitches as part of our efforts to further foster a love of sport in the UAE community.”
