UltraLinQ to Demonstrate Patient Monitoring System at Arab Health

[ad_1]

UltraLinQ Healthcare Solutions, a leading cloud-based platform, will demonstrate at the upcoming Arab Health 2023 in Dubai a new end-to-end patient monitoring concept that revolutionizes the way cardiac arrhythmias are diagnosed.

Joining the ABHI UK Pavilion, the company will showcase the breakthrough UltraLinQ Holter service enabled by LifeSignals – a complete wireless Holter monitoring ECG analysis and reporting system, providing wireless ECG recording with clinical grade wearable biosensors.

Studies have shown that 45% of cardiac arrhythmias go undetected during 24-hour Holter monitoring used in routine clinical practice. Extending the monitoring period to 7 days significantly increased the detection rate of all arrhythmias to almost 97%, thereby reducing the risk of stroke*.

UltraLinQ Holter Services provides a complete, low-cost, end-to-end system that enables hospitals and specialty practices to offer extended Holter services to patients visiting their clinics or remotely at home. The device is used to assess a patient’s heart rhythm as they go about their normal daily activities, capturing up to 7 days of data and enabling a certified cardiac technician to generate a high-quality Holter report within 36 hours. The system uses a pay-as-you-go model, giving hospitals more flexibility to care for a broader patient population without burdening healthcare staff.

This single-use, single-use wearable biosensor device allows patients to be monitored continuously, completely without wires. It can be worn without interfering with patients’ daily lives, and they can exercise, sleep and shower as usual. This medical device is also designed to be easy to use without causing discomfort or skin irritation.

Jordan Wittmeier, Head of Commercial and Operations, said: “With thousands of industry players coming together under one roof over four days, Arab Health is the ideal event to showcase our latest innovations. We look forward to engaging with key stakeholders and potential Distributors meet to discuss how our revolutionary end-to-end patient monitoring concept can change the way patients are diagnosed with arrhythmias while enabling hospitals to expand their services, saving time and money. This new service will help improve arrhythmia identification and appropriate management of patients with atrial fibrillation, thereby saving stroke survivors the high cost of long-term care.”

The Arabian Health Exhibition & Conference will be held at the Dubai Convention and Exhibition Center from January 30th to February 2nd. – trade arab news agency
