Prince Harry targeted his dad’s car with a fighter jet before ‘letting him go’ during the drill.
The Duke of Sussex said in his “spare” memoir that the craft was dispatched while Prince Harry, then 38, was training for combat in a hotel room near Kings Lynn after Prince Charles’ car in Norfolk .
The Mail Online reported on Thursday (12/01/23) that he spoke of sending a Typhoon after his father: “RAF Malham has had dozens of complaints. Sandringham should be one No-fly zone. All complainants are told: This is war.
“I love seeing Dad, love feeling his pride, I’m inspired by his compliments, but I have to get back to work. I’m in control and can’t tell Typhoon to hold on a second. Yes, yes dear Go back to work, boy. He drove away.
“As he walked off the track, I told Typhoon: New Target. Gray Audi. Headed southeast along the track from my position.
“Towards a large silver barn facing east-west. The typhoon tracked Pa, passing low and directly over his head, nearly shattering the windows of his Audi.
“But he was spared in the end. As I ordered. It went on to blast a silver barn to pieces.”
