Milind Soman and HE Ambassador to India Abdulnasser Alshaali participated in a push-up competition in Mumbai. The fitness buff taught his followers a unique way to take selfies. On Friday, Milind shared a video showing them doing push-ups before the Mumbai Marathon.The actor revealed details of the video, “Doing 20 push-ups with the HE ambassador India Abdulnasser Alshaali from the UAE and then taking pictures at the Mumbai Marathon”. He added: “The only way to have fun with people is when someone has to do push-ups first! He’s such a good athlete”. The video shows Milind and Abdulnasser performing a push-up exercise perfectly. After seeing the footage, some social media users were intrigued by the idea of doing push-ups for selfies. One of the users wrote, “Just wondering if you click 50 pictures in an hour, you will have to do 1000 push-ups. It will be a lot of work for you”. To which, Milind responded, “That’s why I say someone, not necessarily me, with the wink emoji.”

The actor often uses his social media accounts to inspire people by sharing his own running experiences. Recently, the model shared a video of him running on the beach. Along with the video, he also shared a note mentioning the difference between running on a flat surface and running on sand.
He writes, “Many people think that running on sand is easier or has less impact, but actually running on a soft surface requires more core work to maintain proper form to avoid injury, and I personally find it easier to run on. Easier and safer than flat concrete when I’m tired.”
