WORLD NEWS | Sushi chef’s world championships held in Japan

To celebrate the history and love of this delicious dish, the World Championship of Sushi Chefs was recently held at Toyosu Market in Tokyo. This is the 10th edition of the event. Finalists from nine countries, including 15 sushi chefs from the US, Europe, Asia and South America participated in the event, with Bangladesh participating for the first time.
