“I strongly condemn Australia’s pro-Khalistani anti-India activities. The anti-social elements who try to undermine the peace and harmony of the country through these activities must be severely cracked down and the culprits must be brought to justice,” the tweet read. Sirsa.

The group of Indians was seen fleeing the scene while the Khalistani group continued to attack them. Someone was seen breaking the Indian flag and throwing it on the ground.

Sarah L. Gates, director of Hindu Human Rights Australia, shared on Twitter a video of a group of Khalistan supporters chasing an Indian youth holding an Indian flag.

“Khalistanis are now sharing footage of Khali thugs approaching a lone Indian youth and Tiranga and attacking them near Khalistan referendum at Federation Square. I hope @AusFedPolice won’t turn a blind eye,” Gates tweeted.

One of them was seen charging at the mob with a sword.

Australia Today earlier reported that Indians in Australia had informed Victoria Police of plans to hold a protest in Melbourne’s Federation Square against growing pro-Harristan activism in the country.

Meanwhile, Australian Hindu media has learned that a sword-wielding Kalistani was arrested by police in Federation Square.

Australian Hindu media tweeted: “Sword-wielding Khalistani thugs attacking Tiranga-wielding Indians – arrested by police today at Khalistani event in Federation Square, Melbourne.”

Victoria Police condemned the attack and informed that, so far, two people have been arrested following the violent attack. The two arrested men, both in their 30s, were issued fine notices for “dissoluteness”.

A few days ago, a Hindu temple in Melbourne was set ablaze in a targeted attack.

Police allege three men traveled in a blue Volkswagen Golf to the e-commerce center at Meriton Place, Clayton South, at about 10pm on January 26. (Arnie)
